Commercial terms
After implementation acceptance, Full-Service may be billed monthly or annually. Monthly Full-Service may be cancelled before the next renewal date. Annual Full-Service remains active through the prepaid term and is non-refundable after activation, except where required by law.
Implementation is not included in the monthly fee. A separately scoped implementation starts at $1,500 and must be completed before Full-Service begins. Implementation payment, milestones, and refund terms are governed by the signed statement of work. Custom-owned software, new integrations, SMS registration, and new locations are separate work. SMS remains subject to carrier approval and is never guaranteed before approval. Cancellation ends hosted operation and support when the paid term expires.
A guided 7-day trial includes 30 trial minutes on a temporary number using a standard template. Trial minutes do not reduce your paid allowance. Production forwarding and custom integrations are excluded from the trial.
All AI talk time counts toward the allowance, including abandoned or unwanted calls. During the founding cohort, verified spam charges may be reviewed and credited. The first 10 customers keep their accepted subscription price for 12 months. Additional engineering is $95/hour; an extra assistant or location is $99/month.
